Ingredients

Ginger root extract, acetyl-l-carnitine, 5-hydroxytryptophan, ascorbyl palmitate, pyridoxal 5’ phosphate. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

 

Each capsule provides:

• 7 mg Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5’-phosphate [activated B6])
• 1000 mg Ginger (standardised to contain 5% gingerols)
• 500 mg Acetyl-L-carnitine
• 50 mg 5-Hydroxytryptophan

 

Directions For Use

As a food supplement, take 3 capsules , 1-2 times daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
