Metagenics T-Convert is a Thyroid Support formulation with Mukul Myrrh and Minerals. This synergistic blend of mukul myrrh and minerals have been shown to support the health of the thyroid gland. The mukul myrrh tree exudes a resin called gum guggul, which has been traditionally used to support the conversion of thyroid hormones in the body. Selenium, magnesium, zinc and copper are co-factors for supporting healthy thyroid function.
Ingredients:
Each capsule typically contains:
- Mukul myrrh extract (gum guggul) - 300 mg
- Magnesium (amino acid chelate) - 75 mg
- Zinc (picolinate) - 7.5 mg
- Copper (picolinate) - 0.8 mg
- Selenium (selenomethionine) - 75.25g
Other ingredients: Capsule shell (gelatin/glycerol), Magnesium stearate.
Directions:
2 capsules daily, with food.
Caution:
Not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. May cause mild abdominal discomfort in sensitive individuals.
Do not take if suffering from Wilson´s disease.
